2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that S.T.C.No.430 of 2017 itself was disposed of and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
