[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue, by name, S.Kavitha wife of Shanmugavel aged about 38 years, seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Babu, Sub-Inspector of Police attached to the respondent Police Station produced the detenue. On enquiry, she would state that due to misunderstanding with her husband and parents, she is living separately at Kanakkupillai Store House, Valluvar Street, Uraiyur, Trichy.
