Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1 to 3 respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to the petitioner property in bearing door no.22/60 situated at south street, town sarangapani, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and also property to take necessary action on the basis of his representation dated 16.05.2019 given by the petitioner For Petitioner : Mr.B.Jameel Arasu For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 to 3 Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1 to 3 respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to the petitioner property in bearing door no.22/60 situated at south street, town sarangapani, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and also property to take necessary action on the basis of his representation dated 16.05.2019 given by the petitioner

2. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein in respect of their property who are none other than the close relatives to each other. In this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8432 of 2019 regard, the petitioner lodged complaint. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner the third respondent conducted enquiry and the enquiry is still pending.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation and direction, the Criminal O riginal Petition is disposed of.
