PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry under the Code of Criminal Procedure, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry under the Code of Criminal Procedure, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 26.04.2022.
