This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to register the complaint based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.10.2015 before the second respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.10.2015 and take action in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
