[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner, alleging that the detenue is in the illegal custody of her father.

2.The detenue has been produced before us by the third respondent. In clear terms, the detenue stated that she is not in the illegal detention and there is no marriage that has taken place as alleged by the petitioner.
