ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action pursuant to his communication dated 09.09.2014. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the first respondent has forwarded the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2014 to the second respondent, no order has been passed so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
