PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.70 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 427, 452 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, in Crime No.70 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have criminally trespassed into the defacto complainant's house and damaged her property. The petitioner abused her with filthy language and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.6234 of 2023 interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
