2.Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that both the detenue and the fourth respondent are major. They have sought for police protection before the Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri. The petitioner and her husband were also called for enquiry and thereafter, protection has been granted to the detenue and the fourth respondent. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal or unlawful custody of the detenue by the fourth respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also inform that the fourth respondent has married the detenue. We do not record any finding on that and it would suffice to state that there is no illegal detention involves.
