ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein and hence there is no question of harassing him by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
