[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Pursuant to the order dated 26.07.2017 a case has been registered in Cr.No.237 of 2017 against the third respondent and others for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC.

2.In such view of the matter, no further action is required and hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The statement made in the status report that the second respondent and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kumbakonam are instructed to watch the further developments and to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and his family members, is recorded.
