This Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.13 of 2018 and also filed final report in CC.No. 962 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
