ORDER

The petitioner in this petition is the husband. He got married to the respondent on 27.11.2014. The relationship between the parties herein appeared to have come under strain. Therefore, the respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District seeking divorce. The petitioner now wants the said HMOP to be transferred to any competent Court in Pudukottai.

2.It is not in dispute that the marriage was solemnized at Kumbakonam. It is also not in dispute that the parties lastly resided together for a very brief period of one month only at Kumbakonam. The petitioner herein is residing at Kumbakonam. The respondent is working at Chennai. In this view of the matter, the petitioner cannot have any grievance with regard to the conduct of the proceedings before the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam. 3.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
