This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case, based on an order in Cr.M.P.No.5970 of 2018, dated 03.11.2018, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai in Cr.M.P.No.5970 of 2018, dated 03.11.2018, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.99 of 2019, against the two accused persons, for the offences under Sections 441, 323, 294(b), 406 and 506 (ii) of the Indian Penal Code.

3.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
