[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenu. According to the petitioner, the detenu is under illegal custody of the third respondent. The official respondents have produced the detenu, who appeared before this Court submitted that she is aged about 21 years and she has married the third respondent. She further states that she is living with her husband. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.
