When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.10.2020 there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 16.10.2020 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there was no representation for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
