Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was engaged as Lecturer on hourly basis. The petitioner has been disengaged. The petitioner seeks reinstatement. Only if the petitioner has been appointed on regular basis, the question of directing reinstatement will arise. Since the petitioner was engaged only on hourly basis, the question of directing reinstatement will not arise at all. This Court will not be justified in directing the college management to reinstate the petitioner. These are matters that are left to the discretion of the college management. The petitioner is permitted to lodge a request before the second respondent. The second respondent will decide the same and take a call in the matter.
