This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to quash the proceedings pending against them in M.C.No.6 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam.

2. Today, when the criminal original petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
