[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the record to show that the detenu got married to fourth respondent and thereafter, she gave a statement, which was recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvanandapuram. After going through the aforesaid document, we find there is no illegal detention.
2. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
