Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Proceeding Number Na.Ka.1219/2015/A, dated 20.08.2015 pertaining to take action on excess salary paid and consequential order passed by the third respondent dated 08.09.2015 under proceeding number nil and to quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to approve increment of dearness allowance as granted to the petitioner.
