Respondents PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents not to harass the above said petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of vexatious complaints lodged on them by their daughters on various dates with various imaginary allegations.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the above said petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of vexatious complaints lodged on them by their daughters on various dates with various imaginary allegations.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint against the petitioners, a case has been registered in Crime No.600/2016 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 342, 420 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

506(ii) IPC on the file of the respondent police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
