ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2016 against the culprits named mentioned in the petition and to deal with the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the respondent police has closed the petition.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the concerned respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
