ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry by calling the petitioner frequently. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner was harassed at the hands of the respondent on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has cheated the defacto complainant by giving a false promise that he would get job for his daughter and the petitioner has also received some amount. The said complaint is pending before the respondent police. He further submitted that one more complaint is also pending against the petitioner herein.

directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
