This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fifth respondent not to harass the petitioner upon the instigation by the sixth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the sixth respondent / defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
