PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 10.05.2018 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 10.05.2018 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed as false complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the concerned Court to seek further action in the said complaint.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court to work out his remedy.
