O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family from the hands of the third respondent and consequently to provide protection to the property comprised in S.No.145/22, situate at Mayandipatti Village, Ayilangudi, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. After lodging the complaint, the second respondent issued C.S.R.No.417 of 2019. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted enquiry and closed the same for the reason that the petitioner did not appear before the second respondent.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstance, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint before the second respondent police. If any complaint received by the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the third respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
