[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first and second respondents to produce detenue, namely, Mohaideen Abdul Kathar before this Court and set him at liberty.

3.The detenue, who is none other than the husband of the petitioner, is present today before this Court. He states that he is living with the petitioner. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
