This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to act upon the application/representation submitted by the petitioner seeking for the survey of the subject property and fix boundaries. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation made by the petitioner will be considered and the petitioner and the fourth respondent will be enquired and a final decision will be taken within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to take a decision with regard to the survey of the subject property within a period of four weeks 2/4
