O R D E R
On a reading of the complaint it appears that the petitioner and the opposite party closely known to each other and even according to the petitioner, he had invested some money in the business with the opposite party, which did not yield the necessary returns. Therefore, the petitioner lodged the present complaint. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted, in which the opposite party had even agreed to refund Rs.5,50,000/- to the petitioner before 15.08.2015.
2. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the complaint, prima facie it appears that it is a case of money
transaction between the petitioner and the opposite party. This is not a fit case to issue direction to the respondent police. With the above observation, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
