ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and to survey and fence her property comprising in Survey Nos.252/10, 252/6, 252/2B and Town Survey No.91/12 situated at Melur Town, Ward B, Block 6, Madurai District.

2. The petitioner owned the property comprised in Survey Nos.252/10, 252/6, 252/2B and Town Survey No.91/12 situated at Melur Town, Ward B, Block 6, Madurai District. The petitioner applied for survey of land. Since the respondents 4 to 6 are close relatives of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.7932 of 2022 them, objected to survey the land, when the Surveyor came to the place for survey the land. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint seeking police protection while surveying the land.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, if any Surveyor is engaged to survey the petitioner's land on payment of requisite fees and if the Surveyor finds any difficulty while surveying the petitioner's land, he can very well seek for police protection before the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 herein and pass appropriate orders to provide adequate police protection to survey the land.

4. With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
