ORDER

The petitioner is the daughter of one Syed Batcha. The said Syed Batcha is no more. He died leaving behind six legal heirs.

2. The allegation of the petitioner is that suppressing the existence of the daughters, the sons alone have managed to get the revenue record changed in their favour. Thereafter, they had also sold away the property. In this regard, Crime No.24 of 2018 was registered at the instance of the petitioner before the District Crime Branch, Pudukkottai. The accused were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai. 3. The Court below has not acquitted the accused. It has only granted anticipatory bail to them.

4. I am of the view that the arrest of the accused is not going to serve any purpose. I find no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by the Court below. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
