It is seen that on an incident that had taken place on 20.04.2014, a complaint has been given only on 26.11.2015 and therefore, the police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint stating that it is belated.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the complaint has been given belatedly, this Court cannot issue direction as prayed for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
