(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) By consent, Writ Petition itself, is taken up for final disposal.
2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.
3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to notify the Thiruvasi Village, Manchanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District in the District gazette so as to conduct Jallikattu based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.04.2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.
4.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would produce a proceedings, dated 20.06.2018 in Na.Ka.No.A1/200/2018 passed by the second respondent herein, to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents have not received any application from the petitioner with regard to conduct of Jallikattu and if it is received, the respondents will take necessary action.
5.In view of the said proceedings of the second respondent, dated 20.06.2018, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to proceed in keeping with the communication of the second respondent. No costs.
