This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to conclude the preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.06.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the third respondent police has registered a case in crime No.865 of 2020, date 29.07.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
