O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to take appropriate action against the sixth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is working as Lorry Driver at Chennai. The sixth respondent is working as Conductor in the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Srivaikundam Division. The learned counsel further submits that the sixth respondent is actively involved in political activities and had been holding a position in the Southern District Weavers Organizer affiliated with the DMK Party and he has served as a Booth level 2/5

agent at Booth No.197. The sixth respondent frequently involved in political parties and events even on working days neglecting his official duties. Like this, the petitioner made several allegations against the sixth respondent in this writ petition. Finally, the petitioner sought to issue a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the sixth respondent by considering his representation, dated 15.11.2024. But the respondents 1 to 5 are turned their nelson's eye on this representation. He left with no other option approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

Having considered the facts of the case, it appears that the petitioner is working as Lorry Driver at Chennai and the sixth respondent is working as Conductor in the transport corporation at Srivaikundam Division. The petitioner is making several allegations against the sixth respondent. Admittedly, there is no prohibition for the employees of the transport corporation to participate in the trade union activities, which are affiliated to the concerned political parties.

4. In view of the same, this Court did not find any ground for seeking interference of this Court in this writ petition. Further, it is of the opinion of this Court that this writ petition is misconceived and mis-founded. 3/5
