PRAYER :- To call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.59 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same as illegal.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

2. This Court had already granted time to file additional grounds. As of now, no additional grounds have been filed. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet.
