2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 17.06.2026, the name of the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent W.A.(MD)No.1127 of 2025 was inadvertently omitted. It is further submitted that due to inadvertence, no orders were passed in C.M.P.(MD) No.16489 of 2025 seeking to implead the proposed seventh respondent in W.A.(MD) No.1139 of 2025 and, consequently, the seventh respondent was not brought on record. Therefore, a request is made to carry out the necessary corrections. 3.Hence, the appearance portion of the respondent in W.A. (MD)No.1127 of 2025 in the order dated 17.06.2026 shall be modified as below:

"For R1 : Mr.V.Sasikumar For R2 to R4 : Mr.B.Saravanan Senor Counsel for Mr.M.P.Senthil, Counsel for the State For R5 : Mr.I.Murugesan Government Advocate"

4.Further, the name of the newly impleaded respondent in W.A. (MD)No.1139 of 2025 shall also be incorporated in the order dated 17.06.2026.
