PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 04.10.2017 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 397, 447 and 506(ii) IPC and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 04.10.2017 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 397, 447 and 506(ii) IPC and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired by the respondent police and thereafter, the same was closed.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to make her objections before the concerned Judicial Magistrate for further action.
