The petitioner seeks for a writ of Mandamus directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Musiri, first respondent herein to dispose the appeal dated 15.03.2018 filed against the order passed by the Thasildar, Thottiyam second respondent herein vide his order in oo.mu.6571/2018 dated 17.02.2018 to correct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

boundaries and extent in Survey No.586/1, Patta No.2417 at Nagaiyanallur Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District within the time fixed by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed an appeal against the order of the second respondent dated 17.02.2018, but, till date no order was passed on the appeal. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
