This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.442/2018 on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed before the Special Court for SC and ST Act Cases, Madurai and it is pending in Special SC.No.106/2019.
