ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that A1 absconded. Therefore, the respondent police is conducting enquiry whereabouts of the A1 and hence there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police against the petitioner.

3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, if the appearance of the petitioner is required by the respondent, the respondent shall issue summons to the petitioner for enquiry.
