Crl.OP(MD) No.8597 of 2019 Sessions Judge, Dindigul, after completing the trial, has passed a judgment, dated 19.01.2021, acquitting the accused including the petitioner herein and hence, noting survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
