This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein and their men and agents in respect of the property in Survey No.18/2A8, situated at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8603 of 2019 T.Pudur, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, on the inducement and false representation by the fourth respondent and consequently the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13533 of 2018, dated 06.03.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the First Information Report has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.88 of 2019 and it is now referred before the Revenue Divisional Officer for adjudication under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. and it is pending. Therefore, this Court cannot issue any direction to interfere with the civil dispute. 4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
