ORDER

This criminal original petition has been file to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.38 of 2018 registered on the file of the first respondent police.

2.While entertaining the original petition, interim stay was also granted. When the matter was taken up for final hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, states that there is a proposal to file the final report dropping further action. But then they are unable to do so in view of the interim stay granted by this Court. CRL OP(MD). No.861 of 2019 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Ofcourse the defacto complainant will be notified about such filing of a final report and defacto complainant will have the right to file a protest petition. The first respondent shall file the said report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
