Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent No.1 to depute a women police officer to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.02.2016 and direct the respondent No.1 to depute women police officer not less then the rank of Deputy Superintendent of police for record statement from the victim girl and other witnesses under Section 161(3) of Cr.P.C and take necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent No.1 to depute a women police officer to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.02.2016 and direct the respondent No.1 to depute women police officer not less then the rank of Deputy Superintendent of police for record statement from the victim girl and other witnesses under Section 161(3) of Cr.P.C and take necessary action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
