The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the first respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, to conclude the ongoing enquiry process in Na.Ka.No.A3/10071/2022 which is now pending from 05.01.2023 within a reasonable period of time.
2. The petitioner had not impleaded the other party in the said enquiry process. But I am confident that the first respondent would ensure that all the parties are served. From the date of effective hearing, namely, when the arguments are actually advanced either orally or in 2/4
writing, within a period of twelve weeks from that date the first respondent should pass necessary orders. The first respondent may keep the principles of natural justice in mind and pass necessary orders.
3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
