ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to conclude enquiry in Na.Ka. A5/2587/2022 on merits in accordance with law within the time as stipulated by this Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2022. 1/3

2.Even though the writ petition was filed in the year 2023, it could not be ascertained whether the enquiry was conducted or not. 3.Therefore, this Court is directing the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not concluded.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
