[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, in which he has given a statement stating that he has married one Vinitha and he is living with her as husband and wife. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.
