ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.452 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent police herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that already the issue was amicably settled between the parties and thereby, the petitioners filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20057 of 2022 to record the compromise arrived at between the parties. Accordingly, already the first information report in Cr.No.459 of 2019 was quashed by this Court vide an order dated 05.12.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. 27.02.2024 NCC :
