[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] From the record produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor it appears that the detenu being a married person and she has also given a letter dated 21.07.2017 stating that she needs for police protection as the marriage was Inter-caste one. 2.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate in the manner known to law.
